Commission Platforms

I am on several commission platforms so you can choose any one of your preference.
イラスト制作依頼は様々なところで受け付けておりますので、

You can directly send your commission request through Google Form.

Ko-Fi Commission

You can safely purchase commissions through ko-fi.
- Art commission types are already preset with rates
- You can add-on extra charges for revisions
- Requires communication through ko-fi messages
- Payment method (through ko-fi): Stripe, Paypal

制作依頼を出す流れは以下の通りです：

1. On my ko-fi page, please click on "Commission Me" to start the process.
依頼投稿するためにko-fiページで「Commission Me」ボタンを押してください。

2. The next page will let you choose the commission type.
次のページで依頼したいイラストタイプをお選びいただけます。

3. Once you've chosen the type, you can fill in the form with your request details, like the character you want to see drawn, in what kind of pose, location or time, and so on.
You can also choose add-ons if you prefer.
イラストタイプを選んだ後は投稿フォームで依頼内容を記載してください。
どのキャラクターでどのポーズ・背景・時間帯等々を記載できると助かります。キャラ追加やリテイクあり希望の場合は希望のAdd-onにチェック入れてください。4. The next page is a list of terms. The information is pretty much the same as the one on the Terms section, so feel free to look through there first too.
決まりましたら、次のページで利用規約が記載されます。内容は利用規約ページとほぼ同じですので、事前確認したい場合は気軽にそちらのページもご確認いただけます。5. Once you're confident with your request info, you can proceed to payment.
依頼内容確定次第、お支払いページに移動します。6. After you've submitted and paid for your commission request, I will reply to you through ko-fi message to confirm your commission along with expected delivery date (I may also ask questions if anything is unclear and share WIPs if you bought revision add-ons)
依頼とお支払い確認次第、私からko-fiメッセージ経由で納品日などを返信いたします（もし依頼内容が不明瞭の場合、質問させていただきます。リテイクadd-on追加済みの場合、途中段階のプレビューも共有します）7. Once the artwork is finished, I will deliver the artwork by the delivery date through ko-fi message. Voila!

Direct Commission

You can directly send your commission request through Google Form.
- Art commission types are already preset with rates (same as on ko-fi)
- You can add-on extra charges for revisions
- This kind of commission requires communication through email.
- Payment method is preferably Wise, with Stripe or Paypal as alternatives.直接Google Formでイラスト依頼を送ることができます。
- 金額設定のあるイラスト依頼となります（ko-fiと同様）
- 希望のイラストタイプやリテイクの有無も選択可能
- メールでの打ち合わせは必須
- お支払い方法は極力Wiseを利用したいですが、StripeやPaypalも受け付けます。-----------------------COMMISSION FLOW / コミッションの流れThe process will go as below:
1. You will need to fill up and submit the Google Form with details on your commission/inquiry.
2. I will then email you directly in regards to commission status and price (if there are add-ons etc). Discussions on commission details can also be done here.
3. Once you agree to the commission plan and price, I will send Wise/Stripe/Paypal invoice to you. You can settle your payment by using this invoice.
4. I can commence the drawing process once payment is done. Estimated delivery date will also be provided.
5. If you opted for it, sketch WIP will be provided through email for revision checks. This will be the best time for you to ask for changes.
6. I will try my best to deliver the final artwork by the timeframe I provided. That's all!コミッションの流れは以下の通りです：
1. GoogleFormに依頼内容を記入し投稿してください。
2. 依頼を確認した後、私はクライアントのあなたにコミッション受付とお見積りについてメールいたします。
3. コミッション内容と金額について問題がなければ、私はあなたにStripeかPaypalインボイスを送ります。このインボイスを使ってお支払いできます。
4. お支払い完了と確認した次第に作業開始となります。完成見込み時期もお伝えします。
5. リテイクありを選択した場合、途中段階の絵もメールにてお見せします。なにか問題あればこの時に指摘してください。

※1 It is also possible to merge multiple commission types into one canvas (only for Direct Commissions)
(for example, 1 Half-Body Character Art + 2 x Headshots for a Character Profile Sheet)
複数のコミッションタイプを一つにまとめることは可能です(Direct Commissionのみ）
（例：キャラ上半身タイプ＋顔だけタイプ(x2)でキャラシートみたいなもの作れます）※2 The rates are for personal commissions. Commercial commissions have different rates. Please email me or contact me through the Commission Form to discuss further on the details.

こちらのコミッションは個人利用に限ります。商業利用の場合は別のレートはあります。この場合はメールにての相談になりますので、コミッションフォームかメールにてお問合せいただけますと幸いです。
クライアントの利用規約についての詳細はTerms of Servicesページにて記載されてます。Subjects I can draw/ 描けるモノ：
1. humanoid OC (including WOL) / ヒト型オリキャラ（ヒカセン含む）
2. characters from IPs with stated guidelines allowing fanarts produced with limited monetary gains (please share link) / 版権キャラの場合は、版権元のガイドラインに小規模に営利的な二次創作活動が認められてる箇所だけに限ります。（ガイドラインのリンクの記載が必要です）Subjects I can't draw / 描けないモノ：
1. Mecha / メカ系
2. Monsters / モンスター系
4. Detailed environment / 細かい背景
5. NSFW content (gore/sexual) / 18禁内容（過剰暴力と性的表現両方）
6. controversial topics / 倫理に反する内容

Terms & Conditions

(日本語の利用規約は下の方へスクロールお願いします）The terms and conditions below are for personal art commissions. For commercial commissions, please discuss privately with me (either through email or the commission form).You, the Client:
- will be required to provide clear references on any subject matter they'd like the artist to draw. Failure to provide so will allow me to take some liberties in regards to character/outfit designs.
- can request up to 2 revisions upon rough sketch phase if you purchase the revision add-on (but nothing as drastic as changing characters, outfits, etc). No more revisions will be entertained once the artwork is finalized, except for minor colour adjustments.
- may use the finished artwork at your own personal platforms, such as social media and livestreams, as long as this is communicated to the artist and artist is properly credited.
- are prohibited from using the finished personal commission artwork in any commercial manner, such as selling it in any physical or digital form and/or using it as promotion for any sort of product.
- are prohibited from selling and/or minting the finished artwork as NFT nor use it for any cryptocurrency-related activities.
- are prohibited from using the finished artwork for AI-learning without permission.I, the Artist:
- will deliver the finished artwork in digital format only to the client (JPG and Clip/PSD file with limited layers).
- reserve the right to cancel the commission and (fully or partially) refund the client over any special circumstances.
- can only take commissions in English, Malay and Japanese languages.
- will try to finish a commission in 2-3 working days (excluding discussion time) but if there is a queue, the waiting time may be 1 month max (if I were to receive that many amount of commissions). I will inform you regarding the waiting time so if you don't want to wait, it is okay to cancel the commission.Payment:
- will be in US dollars only.
- will only be refund if commission is canceled before I started working on it.
- will only be partially refund if a Direct Commission (not using ko-fi commission) is canceled after I already started working on it but not yet completed. (WIP will be shared to client)--------------利用規約以下の利用規約は個人イラストコミッション用となっております。商業イラスト依頼したいのであれば、別途相談になりますのでメールかコミッションフォームでお問い合わせできれば幸いです。クライアント側：
・イラスト依頼に必要な明確の資料（画像か文章）提供をお願いします。詳細が欠けてる場合は絵師のほうでデザイン等の違う解釈をする余地があります。
・リテイク権限を購入した場合、ラフ段階で2回リテイクを指定できますが、大幅すぎるリテイク（キャラや服変更・一からの描き直し等）は無しでお願いします。イラストが仕上がった後は色や小さい要素の微調整だけ可能です。
・仕上がったイラストはクライアントの個人SNSや生配信等での使用は可能です。絵師へのお知らせとクレジットは必須となります。
・仕上がった個人依頼イラストは商業目的（物理やデジタルグッズ化・他商品のプロモーション等）での利用を禁じます。
・仕上がったイラストのNFT化や他に仮想通貨関係の利用を禁じます。
・仕上がったイラストを無断でAIの学習素材にするのを禁じます。絵師側：
・クライアントへの納品物はデジタルデータ形式のイラストのみとなります（JPGデータかPSDデータ等々）
・特殊な事情で絵師からクライアントの依頼をキャンセルことも可能です。この場合は、コミッションの進行具合を見てコミッション費の返金は全額か一部の額になります。（詳細は「コミッション費の支払いについて」内に述べます）
・コミッションは２～３作業日以内に仕上げるつもり（メールやりとり時間除く）ですが、発注量が多い場合はクライアントの発注日から絵師の作業開始日まで3週間ほどの待ち時間が発生される可能性があります。待ち時間については絵師からクライアントにお知らせしますので、待てない場合はキャンセルしても構いません。
・対応できる言語は英語・マレー語・日本語に限らせていただきます。コミッション費の支払いについて：
・お支払いはUSドルのみです。
・作業開始前にコミッションがキャンセルされる場合、コミッション費の全額を返金いたします。
・（Pixivリクエストやko-fiコミッションはシステム上不可能のため）直接コミッションの場合のみ、コミッションの作業が開始されたがまだ仕上がってない時にキャンセルが発生された場合はコミッション費を50%ほどクライアントへ返金は可能です。（途中段階のイラストもクライアントに共有します）-----------
